ACCOUNT DEPT ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!! :-(((

I am not very happy in the way you treat me as a consumer. I am a new client. I have requested a STATEMENT because someone in your department NEGLECTED to supply me with statements!!! So yes now I am behind on my account and now you load me with interest for late payments! Then also that you RCS group come to realise that you have not send me any statements after my enquire you send me now, only now a snotty sms!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional!!!
If I come to think of it RCS is one of the credit providers that interest is high. This is unprofessional. Just comes to show that your department does not do their work!!! Who is going to pay the interest because of the incompetence of an individual!!!
