Interest on a non existing account

I settled my account on 02 Feb 13, this past Monday 25/02/13 I got my monthly statement stating I must pay interest on my balance of zero. I called them and asked them why I have interest and their response was; unlike other credit providers do they have "settlement amounts" while my statement clearly states it's interest. Because of this, I am now going to close my account when I have the time to do so and I wouldn't advise anyone to open an account with them or even do any kind of business with them.
