I've contacted DMC to get a letter from them to stating that I am paying off my debt owed as I have been listed with the ITC and required the letter to prove that I was paying the said debt, I was promised that the letter would be ready and emailed to me the following day.
I was told that the manager's signature was required on the letter and that he or she would be in the following morning and I would get the letter via email the following day.

Well, it has been more that 3 WEEKS now and still no letter, yet the debit goes off faithfully each month.
Well seeing as DMC listed me and not as i was told by DMC - STD Bank, I give them 3 more days then i will put a stop order in place to block the monthly debit. I would like to see how quickly they then respond.
