False Advertising

I heard an add on radio saying if outsurance cant beat your current premium they will Give you R400, so I though ok I would like to change to a cheaper insurer so this could be it as the petrol is also going up today at midnight so I listen for the sms number and its read out 44188 so I sms ' OUT" as the advert stated and got an sms back with a reference number :25089319 stating an agent will call me back and indeed I was called back. Now the quote the agent gave was double what I am paying now and then the consultant tells me they cannot beat what I am paying now and I was also looking forward to getting an out bonus one day, so the agent ends the call after telling me that I should stay with my current insurer. ok so you quote me double what I am paying? now what about your advertised promise?

if that's how it works you guys should just reword the advert because there is no such thing. #Shocking
