I went to Old Mutual Client service in Festival Mall the service i received there on the 9-03-13 was appalling. The receptionist was rude and told me they were closed but i was there at 11:30 and the service hours were until 13:00 which i just could not understand. I asked the receptionist Lona what he meant because the door was still open so he explained he had too many people which was (8) on his list so he could not add me on, then i continued to ask him why because the service hour where still valid for me to receive what i required, at that point he suggested that he would add me to the list but could not guarantee that they would help me. Then i asked for the Customer Complaints number and his name so that i may report this he gave me this number 021 509 9111 and with an attitude asked me if he must spell his name for me. He then said i must go ahead and report it. I called the number while there which said only available on Monday to Friday i asked him why he gave me a number that is not available he said its fine u can complain on Monday whats the difference. I felt the way i was treated there was not right i have been a client for almost 4 years with no problem.
