Hi there I started doing my hair at shaina spa after one guy who worked there recommended me to go there i was well taken care of until few weeks later I called looking for a hairstylist and bookings where not made I would go there and find no one and even wait around the mall, until I called the owner asked if she could send her hairstylist to my place, instead I called her back and she told me she doesn't make money from the salon, I told her how her rude receptionist refused with the hairstylist number, and she didn't seem to care about that, and didn't give me anyone's number to do my hair, I ended up going at different salons as I realized they dnt value customers there, today I got was in. A rush to fix my hair, I called the owner she said she was away, I went there I greeted the ladies with the smile and asked for the number again after. Month, from the rude receptionist said no not without my boses concernd.i said why, she then spoke in Sotho to her colleague sayin I have attitude and she stood up threatening to hit me after I asked her how they operate, and told her she was very rude and I left and she laughed at me. am not happy at all
