Garnishing without notification - Lucky Shabalala

This is what happend - no notification what so ever not even phone call on garnishing, garnishing was issued to my empoyer for the diduction off R765.34 per month which i did not even agreed on - only when they deduct the money from my salary my CEO told me garnishing was placed on my salary for the last 10 months deductions contue from my salary R765.34 each and every month -my salary is only R3850.00 before deductions, as i'm about to leave my job because I cannot survive with what left for me, I do have childrens and wife to support not to even mension my rent, transport, clothes, food etc..., I did how ever phoned and plead to the above mentioned legal company to reduse or even provide me with the setteling amount took me several phone calls to get hold off this company spoken to lady called - Emely Mgcaku legal secritary ask her to give some advice how to try and settle this matter even if it means for taking leave to go to court to try and explain my situation - she couldn't assist with this matter told me to get hold off the Attorey in charge off my case - took yet again several call with no pos out come = do i give up my job need HELP please
