Flemix Ridiculous Charges

I took a loan in June 2011 for the Amount of R4000..I was unable to make payments to this loan due to financial difficulties. I was then approached by a consultant from Flemix in the first week of September 2013 stating that he would like to make a payment arrangement with me to catch up with the outstanding loan. Which had accumulated interest and the total of the loan was at R8868.14 and their charges were R2400. so in total it was just over R11 268.14 I signed the documents not knowing this was a garnish order. Basically I was to and told something else to what I have signed. I did not want any issues so i agreed to pay the amount of R8868.14 I got the cash and called them on the 11th of November and said I would like to pay the amount can I please get the settlement figures. I was told I am outstanding with R 19 000. Which is ridiculous how can a loan of R 4000 jump to R19000.. I was more then willing to pay the R 8868.14 But I will not be ripped off and not pay for amounts that are completely ridiculous.

Flemix are ripping people off and this should be stopped.
