Debited my account without my permission

My name is Tshepo Matjila banking with STD bank i moved from cheque account to savings because they about their charges fine, on the 27 January the was a debit order from std bank of 1400 on my account when i went the to ask why they told me i owe the cheque account bank charges ok was its fair for you guys to not inform me so that i can arrange to that amount and arrange for installments that i can afford i will take this further to the court you dont have a right to debit my account without my permission and no one from std bank call me to inform me i owe them this much i would have paid done something to pay im off and im taking my business to the other banks i bear with your ridiculous charges and this now... i need my money back need to pay my rent and you will follow the law and collect and arrange the payment with me like every other companies NXXXXXA...
