DELAYED PROCESSING OF CLAIM

I have made a part surrender claim on my flexi on Friday 8th, I submitted the necessary documentation but I was suprized to be told I will get my money after 7 days instead of normal 48hrs. I do not understand why I should wait for this long. Maybe they do not consider that when I was there I need money urgently. I have also contacted them via e-mail but no response up to now.

Please assist.
