Waiting for claim to be paid out URGENTLY!!!

I recently reqeusted the surrender values for my investment with liberty but had to wait two days because they had a technical issue. I am urgently in need of finances and that is why I needed to surrender my policy and then reinvest a certain amount. After the documentation has been sent through to liberty by my financial advisor I am still waiting for feedback as to when the claim will be paid. I was hoping it would be before friday but it seems less and less likey because if I check online the investment still shows as 'In force' I understand that it does take some time to process claims but why can't anybody tell me when it will be paid so I can make arrangements?
