Shocking service and staff need way more training on how to handle a client and be more understanding and they need to stop passing the buck. After going a very long period without a vehicle and after much frustration with Quicksure and their inefficiency and running up my phone bills and other costs that kept accumulating. I was then politely told by Pauli at Quicksure that there is absolutely no way that Quicksure would pay for car hire for me but that she would try and make the panel beater cover the costs for vehicle hire??? How pathetic is that... just because Quicksure messed up and did not effectively handle my claim now they want to pass the blame on and make the panel beater pay. Needless to say Pauli never ever got back to me regarding the vehicle hire! When I asked her if that how Quicksure operates by screwing other people over she couldn't quite answer me quick enough... Absolutely disgusted in the service... I am sure Carte Blanche will have a field day investigating this story further as I have all the conversations on e-mail between the assessors and Quicksure staff as well as photo evidence of my claim.
