MiWay cancelling my insurance due to assesso

On 27/05 my toolshed was broken into, the police came & we filled out a report, we told the police there would be more items added. Later the CID came & we added what else we noticed. I lodged the with MiWay. They sent out an assessor Pierre vd Merwe. We noticed one of the items in our laundry room which we had claimed for. We are building it was just a mistake not intentional. Then Pierre phones me to tell me I'm being dishonest and why am I claiming for a compressor when it wasn't on the police report, its on the CID list though which is part of the report. I then lay a complaint with MiWay about Pierre and the way he is treating me & making accusations, to which I'm told this is his job and what do I expect? After I laid the complaint Pierre submits my claim as dishonest & I get told my claim has been rejected & my insurance with MiWay has been cancelled. I was broken into & lose both my property, my premiums paid & now my insurance due to someones judgment of me, where is the investigation from MiWay? How is this acceptable? This affects me getting insurance elsewhere & I did nothing wrong. So human error makes you a & gets you penalized. Disgusting service
