Shocking Customer Care Phone Line Service

A week ago I was the victim of bank card where someone unknown was having a blast with my card number. Immediately I phoned Capitec's help line to sort out the problem. Consultant 1: Tells me I should get a bank statement to make sure the money is not there anymore after I explained that I can already see it on my statement and I received sms notification for the transaction (and he could see it on his side as well). Not helpful so I phone again. Consultant 2: Gives me the phone number of the company/person doing the transactions and tells me to investigate the situation myself. NOT helpful because I tried that and got nowhere. Besides, shouldn't the bank be the one to investigate? They are the service provider and have the resources! So I phone again. Consultant 3: Puts me on hold for over 20 minutes because she needed help from her supervisor where I eventually put the phone down when no one was getting back to me. All I wanted to do was stop my card and have someone help me to sort the problem out. R100 airtime later, I physically go to the bank and the problem is sorted out in 20 minutes. Please, the bank's help line drastically needs attention! Shocking service!
