On 2012-01-11 my wife passed away on a car accident I report the matter to the ABSA bank as I`m having a Mortage Loan with them since 2006 December. However, after I had reported the matter they advise me to go to Master of High court. On 201-06-25 I received a Letter Of Executorship from the Master of High court which appointed me to take over the Estate. I submitted the Letter of Executorship, Death Certificate, ID Copy of Dececeased and my ID copy to ABSA at Van der Walt and Pretorius Street at Pretoria at 12th floor as they had requested. After a week I receive a letter from ABSA as per Ref. 12/14474 and I to the bank with the letter and they told me that they had finilsed with the Estate. They also instructed me to go to the consultants at 2nd floor to apply for section 45 so that the bond will be under my name alone. I do apply for section 45 on June 2012 more than four times and it was declined by ABSA without any reseason for declining. Now the ABSA bank has sent the Velile Tinto attorneys to repossess the house whereas I currently paying their loan. so I am appealing to you to assist me in this matter for the sake of my children and me.
