Poor customer service

I applied for a silver Credit card as I have to arrange for my late sisters burial this weekend I applied on monday and the guys at the tongaat branch told me its still with the approval department I should wait till 12 only for them to tell me I must come tomorrow as I live very far I was angry I came the next day to be told they will call me when they called they told me I did not get the credit card but got approved of a loan of 5.500 rand I came to the bank only to be told they declined me I am very angry at the level of poor service I got at the bank as the man told me the people from head office must. Have made a mistake I tryed e mailing the bank and have not got a response at this e mail [Email Removed]
