On the few times that we have been burgarled - once robbed - we have not have any negative issues with Regent Insurance. Maybe it is because of the attitude/customer service of Hibiscus Insurance Brokers, might I add - the Insurance Assessor. Don't bulldu*t your claim - claim only what went missing.
