I am a loyal business account holder and am deeply disappointed at the nonchalant treatment I have been receiving from the Standard Bank. I am very prejudiced as I have business accounts to pay and my business reputation will suffer because of the incompetence of The Standard Bank.

My Card was swallowed by a Standard Bank ATM yesterday. I went into the bank this morning... spent three hours trying to resolve the issue. Was given a new number and PIN (this does not work as it takes a few business days to activate). I called the Pinetown Branch back for assistance and was told to call the call centre... and anybody who has phoned there previously knows that it will do your head in to call them.

I am at my wits end trying to find a solution with no help from Stand Bank!!!
