I'm getting sick and tired of this. I have to lodge a complaint to get a response. Please can someone send me the following: All legal documentation in regards to the account. The documentation that you claim I have signed with your agent. The statement send doesn't mean anything to me, nor does it make sense. I've send so many e-mails and I do not get any responses. Please just provide me with these basic documentation. I haven't met with any of your agents!!! I will have no option to report this matter to the council for debt collectors, the credit ombudsman and the financial service board. It should be illegal to make claims if you can't provide proper documentation. Also please indicate who lawfully owns this debt. Is it DMC or Standard Bank? Also why do you have so many different account / contract numbers for the same account?
