Still waiting for documentation

I posted a query regarding certain capitec policies regarding debit order reversals on 11 April. I received a response via email on the 12 of April. I was not entirely happy with the response.
On the 12th of April I made a request for documentation to be sent through to me. This was not done.
On the 18th of April I made a request for documentation to be sent through to me. This was not done.
On the 06th of May I made a request for documentation to be sent through to me. This was not done.
Is it Capitecs intention to ignore my request for documentation which by Law you are required to provide. I will be lodging another complaint with the Ombudsman against Capitec shortly if this is not resolved asap.
Please email me and do not call me at any stage!!
