Harassment Harassment Harassment!!!

My Wife had 2 cell C accounts in early January 2009, which were btw, dishonestly obtained by these Cell C agents from Port Elizabeth. Our financial situation had changed somewhat in 2009, and these subscriptions became unaffordable. Last month, i.e March 2013, she started receiving calls from DMC Agents in East London where we now live regarding the payment of the accounts. We indicated to them that the debt has prescribed and that unfortunately there was no longer an claim against her as Cell C failed to remedy any debt recovery or an acknowledgement of debt within the 3 year prescription period. We furthermore indicated that they should hand the matter over to an attorney as were prepared to defend whatever action arose accordingly. Despite this these agents continue to phone my wife at all hours. this morning she received a telephone call at 06h00 sharp! These actions on behalf of Real People are tantamount to harassment and will be met with the necessary legal action should this continue! To make matters worse, when we requested a documentation relating to the alleged debt, they could not provide us with such documents and only sent a one page printout from their compute
