African Bank
Debit order

I am very angry with African Bank, yes I took a loan with them and I could afford to repay them before I lost my Job. I've been explaining to them that I am still jobless and no income at all and they took my account to their legal department.

I was so surprised on 1st of Feb 2013 they debited my account and 1st March 2013 full amounts that I never arranged with them, luckily for me I reversed the 1 Feb 2013 debit. Now I struggled to reverse the1st March 2013 debit order because my bank (Capitec) doesn't allow reversals anymore which I also believe it's illegal.

I would like African Bank to refund me back my money so that I can be able to survive and only debit as per arrangements, I am still not working and struggling to get a job and Yes! I'd like to repay all your monies back but all this now is beyond my control. Please HELP!
