I just want to mention the excellant service i received from Paroshnee. She works in the premier banking division.

I had a dispute concerning a payment that went off. This was pending from last year and i received no feedback. She listened and took the concern seriously. When i was unable to answer a call she phoned again until she could give me the feedback.

I have never experienced such dedication and professionalization before.
