Clearly FNB service consultants do not communicate or are missing the link somewhere along the line...
So I took up the offer to take one of the FNB Smartphones-applied online on the 19th March 2013, had a consultant call me back, everythings perfect until I get an sms requesting me to fill in the debit order switching forms and submit to them... good request BUT I've been an FNB customer since 2006 - does the system not pick this up? So I call the call centre only be told it was set to me in error, clearly I do have debit orders coming off my account. UNTIL I get another sms saying - Order has been cancelled due to non-submission of the debit order switching forms! So I call back, put through to Team Leader "Amber", promised this issue will be resolved, my order is put on "priority list" and then "acception list"! I call to find out the status and then Im told, it will take another 5-7 working days by customer services Mafuthie, no call from FNB still-Promised a call back from Christelle by customer services agent Chidi. Then this morning I get another sms-To complete your application & for us to process your order please send us your Debit Order Switching Forms! Can someone help??
