Alance due settled yet my account is debited

I Took a loan with wonga in February, which I had to pay back on the 26th of February. when i could not pay it back on the agreed date I requested the extension to 26 March with the provision that I can even pay it back before then. On the 12th of March I transferred R 3150.59 which was the total balance owing incliding interest charges, this I did with internet banking. I called them to confirm the payment and i was told tat it will update in 24 hours. I checked on their site on the 15th and the balance was cleared. on the 26th I received notification that they have just collected the money that I owe them when in fact I had already settled that balance. the amount debited is R3 221.47. I call them on 26th March to find out why they collected money whi is already paid and i was told i will receive my refund today. today when i called I am told that there is no proof that i Called them yesterday so I must wait for another 24 hrs. It seems there is no guarantee that I will get my money back since they dont even bother to give a call reference number. and since they are keeping my money will I be refunded with interest as they charge us for owing them?
