Locksmith Claim unprocessed for almost a month

I'm utterly disappointed with the way Nedbank Insurance takes so long to process a claim or give you any sort of feedback. I bet they need to collect your yrs premium B4 processing your claim. I was stuck in nelspruit on the 27th January 2013, Nedbank failed to send out a locksmith & asked me to source one for myself promising I would get re-reimbursed. Today is the 6th march i've not heard anything from them. The last response I got from Nombuso Khanyane was on the 15th Feb where she wrote "Good day, I am still waiting for authorisation from head office. I will contact you immediately I receive feedback" my efforts to follow-up have fallen on deaf ears. If i don't receive any feedback by the end of next week I shall cancel the policy, reverse my March premium's and move on it's a free market. The only unfortunate part is I enjoy all the great service I receive from nedbank on other products not insurance
