Bad Service

I have been a valuable client of virgin Insurance until last year when i had an accident . i got bumped from the back by a stranger which he took full responsibility for and even the accident report confirmed it . what makes me mad is that my premiums have gone (increased) up even after i explained and they still got information from the police that it was not my fault. its been the second month now and all i get is that the legal department is dealing with it. I am not happy with Virgin Money not happy at all.
