Cash Back Bonus Pay Out

Hi There. I would like you to please take the time to look into this for me. I received paperwork updating my information with First for woman insurance. My start date for cash back bonus was in 2009 and they say it takes four years no claims to get the cash back bonus. I am sure my date for pay out was end of jan as paperwork suggests, but when i called they say only 2016 as I had to ask to start the cash back bonus which they said i did last year. Please advise if you think i have a case. I can send you a copy of the paperwork if you prefer. Thanks. JW Enstrom-Mee
