Broker Falsifies Information and Harasses Client

I am absolutely horrified at the people Sanlam employs and there level of customer service. Firstly, My adviser took almost a month to process my life insurance cover. I had to call the call centre 3-4 times to find out what is going on and all they could say is that its still being processed and that I must consult my adviser. I ask you how is a person to do so, cant even get hold of him! Then I only get the final copy of my policy sent to me on 4th March. Only to see that the health questions submitted where incorrect, which means the policy is worth nothing then. I told [Email Removed] that the questions submitted aren't mine, she then said there was a second "verklaring" submitted and sent me the revised one. Only to see that it is also wrong that one of my answers where changed and can be clearly seen. I never signed next to the change either. I asked my adviser to explain this and im still waiting! But that's not the worst, last night he came to my house in his white bantam bakkie, and through stones at our cars and at my guest. 3 people saw him do this!!! I ask you how Sanlam can even employ someone like this?!?! I am absolutely appalled. This person is dangers
