Afrikaans a problem?

On 11/11/2013 around 15;00 i was at the FNB branch in Chilli Lane Sunninghill to get FNB's Regestration number and a stamp on a official Sanlam Letter. I am a financial adviser for Sanlam. My client wants to seed a Sanlam life policy to FNB for bond cover. The branch manager refused to supply me with this as the document is in Afrikaans (home language of my client) according to him not a single person in the branch understands Afrikaans. now thats what i call service!!!
