Ridiculous

So, I have a Nedbank Classic Cheque account which I had lots obtaining as the promises were never met! Problem I have is that it is ridiculously expensive. When I got paid in Feb I made a few withdrawals which was fine from Nedbank ATM and saw a charge of R17.50 marked as ATM/SSD FEE 28/01 - 24/02 which was explained to me it is a fee for a cycle, FOR WHAT? NO ONE KNEW - and then to my surprise, your fees have gone up without anyone informing me from R69.99 Maintenance Fee to R89.99 :o - right after that another R65 was debited from my account which it was marked as SASWITCH FEE - no one at your call center could explain it - The T&C about this account was that I would be charged R69.99 for maintenance and 4 free withdrawals from Nedbank ATM, R9.75 flat fee for withdrawals from other banks and R1.25 for every R100. Point i am getting to is that you are all with these hidden fees that no one can explain and at this point, I am done with Nedbank, I will never recommend it to anyone at all, you are all the same, branch, contact center everything. You are expensive and all you know is using our money for competitions and your communication. MOVING ON.
