Poor service with bad attitude

Nedbank has been debiting my account for two months and money going to another account I don't even know. Went there on Saturday the 2 March 2013 to query that and nothing has been done they saying its still under investigation. Then I called their complaint line and some lady just called me and she was rude to me, I was telling her that I am not happy with their 20 days turn around time seeing its their fault and their systems I need this sorted out as soon as possible and she bluntly told me "there is nothing I can do" its their turn around time and with that there was attitude I could hear the tone of her voice. I'm not sure why she would be employed at complaint line when she can't even deal with clients worse of all a complaint line. I am not stupid and can never take that attitude from her. I am very angry right now and disgusted. Call reference no 473636
