I CANCELLED and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

On 25 January 2013, I cancelled my policy with Old Mutual. On 08 February 2013, I received an email confirming that my policy and debit order has been cancelled and that my policy was up to date. On 27 February 2013, the STILL debited my account! I sent them and email and contacted them via telephone. I was told my the manager (Mr Parker) to send him proof that they money had in fact been debited. Which I did on 28 February 2013. I even received a read receipt on 01 March 2013. I have not heard anything and have called him again only to be told that he was 'unavailable" even though I could hear the consultant communicating with him! Really. Some error has occured within their processing procedure. All good and well that people make errors but the PLEASE CORRECT IT and PAY ME MY MONEY BACK because I owe you nothing.
