On the 06 March 2013 at around 13:55, I called my insurer to inform them about my unsatisfactory of the quality of workmanship by the panel beater. After I gave the advisor my claim number and started to explain my concern, he rushed me and did not want me to take my time to explain my reason for calling and suddenly my call was dropped.
I called again and explained my situation again and advisor was not helpful because he said he will email the assessor request him to call me. I demanded the contact numbers of the assessor because, in the past nobody calls when I was told that I will receive the call. From a reactive mode of anger, I called cancellation department due to poor service that i received where the panel beater has damaged my car to an extent that I realise the value of my car has been compromised. There whole interior has been damaged and there more they tried to restore, the worse it gets. Worst of all is that I dropped the car on full tank and it gets returned half full and they throw R250.00 to go fill up petrol and it did not get full. That is how you get treated if you are a consumer. Service Providers don't care but want your money.
