Went to fetch our car from panel beaters and for some reason certain things were not done, panel beater showed me the autherisation and they were not on it, he phones assessor who admits he forgot to include it.
Auto and General says no it was included and its the panel beater, I have what was sent to panel beater, its not on his list.
So report it, get the normal run around, now I am busy working, phone rings for a second and cuts off. I cant answer that fast, get a message to call back to be told by Unis??? no sorry she is too busy on a call and can you leave a message so she can call you back, sorry I wont as this time wasting incompetent merry go round of calls is wasting my time, basic is my car should have been 100% finished, now its driving around minus petrol flap for my petrol to be, I am not taking car back at my expense and time. If stuff gets thrown in petrol tank or petrol its to your account. Also I will not sit minus car again. Also your consultants should check on facts before calling.
