I had a breakdown in late December 2012 and had to have my radiator replaced. The repair was eventually done in January 2013 as the workshop I chose to use was on leave. The repair was successful and all was well until the workshop contacted me in mid February to let me know that the account was not paid even though Miway had given them the authorisation numbers etc. After numerous calls to the accounts department of both Miway and Motorite, the underwriters for the warranty I had, I initially was told the account was paid. I found out earlier this week that the account had in fact been paid by Motorite to Miway and that Miway was to do the payment to the service provider. It is now 7th march 2013 and the workshop has not received their payment. They want to now charge me an extra fee for non payment of my account. I am disappointed in the urgency shown by Miway in resolving my account as I have always ensured that my insurance premiums were always paid to Miway on time.
