Friendly and Great Attitude

I have been insured at Miway for almost a year. My son had a accident with my vehicle on 24.12.2013. Miway had written the car off as the cost to repair the vehicle was too high. Eventhough I was dissappointed at times with the Miway team for not returning my calls or not informing me of the process made, I would like to thank Gert van Wyk, Monique and Kathlego. During this time, I was angry and dissappointed at staff not returing my calls (I spent about R400- R500 on airtime). After Miway had already paid the money and I bought another vehicle, I received a call from a lady at MIWAY asking me if anyone returned my calls...(It was a little too late). Today I contacted Miway to have my new car insured. I was assisted by a lady named Busi Mtshali, who was very friendly and had a great attitude. Now that I am settled with another car, insured etc. I realise why I have chosen MIWAY as my insurer... MIWAY IS THE BEST! THANK YOU MIWAY.
