Ebucks Not what it used to be

I tried to make a payment using a combination of ebucks and my fnb card, And the system is not allowing it, like it used to allow it.

Altho this option is still advertised, even while holding on for the ebucks call centre the add said: "pay using a combination of both", the agent just repeated and said not its not available. No reason begin given.

This bad service from ebucks and poor attitude from the call centre agent.

This will not only make me close my ebucks account by i will also be closing my fnb card.
