NEDBANK horrible service

My family and I have been a Nedbank customer for 3 years now, and I went to the bank on Saturday 02/01/2013 and on my statement I had a big fat minus sign of R800 and I would like to know why I owe you guys money?? I have 1 debit order that goes out which is about R100! I have a normal cheque account has I was told saving is too expensive and with this cheque account I pay a fee of about R70 or so and 4 free withdrawals and swiping is free! Now I owe you money?? This is getting quiet frustrating when I am always over drawn and I have no feaking clue why! I want someone to help me ASAP!! This is pathetic! MY ACCOUNT GOES INTO OVER DRAFT FOR WHAT??
