During September 2012 I spoke to customer services person by the name of Warren requesting an update on my policy. I wanted to close my agreement with Santam but he advised me to downgrade my policy for 3 months and then cancel it as my goods where to be covered by another company after 3 months. I accepted this but find that although they did decrease my payment it is still being debited to my account. I cannot stop a debit order and have emailed Santam but nobody ever comes back.
