Loan approved in branch 6 days ago still waiting!

I applied for a loan and credit card at the Woodmead branch on the 28th of March, submitted all my documents, signed the contracts and received my credit card. They said everything should be active and paid out within 48hours, well i'm still waiting! I have been calling the branch and the call centre and nobody can give me an answer as to what is going on with my application! If I knew that the service were so poor I would've taken my business elsewhere! I did everything on my part, now do yours!
