On 16 Feb (a Saturday) some blokes decided to relieve me of my vehicle. I phoned AA insurance the same morning to report the. Not only did they advise me what to do and how things will work, they also arranged the rental car for the same day (2.5 hours later). The claim was paid out the same day the representative (Warren) collected my spare keys and car de-registration documents. Throughout the process I received calls on updates and follow ups on items required from my side. The hardest part of this was to find a new car. Thanks AA, I'm recommending you to everyone I know. Your vehicle department is really up to scratch.
