I had two claim neither handled with satisfactory. My second claim taxi driver collided into me. My excess was R12000 then it was R8000? Afternumerous of emails from my side.10 July -Reported accident, sent off accident report.19th - only 23rd July vehicle taken to storafe facility. The panel beaters were never contacted until the 5th August. Panel beateer than collected on the 8th August. When i collected my vehicle on the 5th September. The panel beater advised that the license disk, plates were missing and only one set of keys given. I had to go and buy a new disk and panel beater bought new plates. When i received my vehicle there was a tag for another vehicle with my reg no on the spare key and the original was missing CHATINDO WELLINGTON of anderson said he would look at checklist and refund me my license disk money back so again after numerous email i sent he then contradicts himself to say they will not give my money back and the AA insists that only one key was handed to them. I have since cancelled my policy only have cover until September. Is that acting in my best interest? Iam the client but i must follow up with their affiliated companies to know whats happening?
