We're dealing with the Late Estate of my Mother. Not only has the bank been deducting services charges from her account from her time of death although death certificates were supplied. The Bank is not responding to any of our correspondence to close the account. We have sent several faxes, telephoned and come into the bank a multitude of times. I can see why ABSA is in the awful state its in in the mind of the consumer. I hope this platform allows other to see this too.
