SANTAM Double Debits out of control

Hi All

In January I took out an policy with SANTAM, but it was the biggest mistake ever. Apparently they say that the debit order did not go through on February 6th, and they have been double debiting me ever since! I need closure from them which they are unable to provide, and what it worse is that everytime they double debit they put back half so I fail to understand what is going on. I am seriously doubtful about the reputation of SANTAM after this nightmare situation. Being double debited leaves you stressed out at the end of the month no matter what the amount, if no clarity can be reached as soon as possible then they can say good bye to another client, which I doubt would even bother them.
