Follow up never came

I keep on having trouble with unpaid accounts from my doctor and for the ultrasound nobody comes back and tell me if it is paid or not and it should be paid in any case because we are covered for it. I am pregnant and don't need this stress and extra costs that I need to pay even if Essential med needs to pay it. I am getting fed up with it and I can use the monthly payment that I pay to go to doctor because now I pay double
