Unauthorized Debit Orde

After approximately 10 years of an account being written-off and no payment made after being written-off, Nedbank Retail Recovery took R499.40 out of my newly opened account without permission. This happened on the 18th of February 2013

I had another account with Nedbank from 2008 to 2010. They never took money out of this account!

On the 25th of February Avi from the Retail Recovery Centre confirmed twice that this account has been closed and that the unauthorized debit order amount will be refunded to me. After a few days Avi contacted me and confirmed that the refund will be done and that the account now suddenly is not closed anymore.

Today 06 March 2013 I spoke to a different lady because my refund has still not been done. She really treated me with the atmost disrespect.

The original account was an overdraft facility on a cheque account in approximatley 1999 / 2002 and according to the Nedbank branch where I have opened my new account, this balance has been changed to a Homeloan Account in 2009?

I've got three other excellent accounts with Nedbank (Vehicles and Credit Card) and can not believe that they are treating me with this disrespect!!!
