I lost my cellphone beginning this year. Called outsurance to claim. It was approved quickly and I was informed that a cellphone company will contact me shortly for further details etc.

I insured for a samsung galaxy ace S5830, valued at R3000 at the time.

A WEEK after the fact, they called, informed me I will get a Different cell and am insured for only R2250.00.
I told them that I only wanted the cellphone that I was insured for, only to be told that outsurance only approved this lesser cell???

The lady that I have been dealing with at outsurance has not been up to scratch either. We had been communicating via email since I work a lot and cannot answer my phone.
I asked her to explain the situation (diff cell and amount), her explanation could have been greek, that was how well she explained. I told her that her service was unacceptable and no longer wanted to deal with her and wanted to work with someone else, THIS WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. NO RESPONSE!!! Its definitely not because she is in hospital because of 'BENDING OVER BACKWARDS'.

I work in a customer based service as well, for this kind of service I would have been fired!
