Excelent call centre agent - pindile ndema

At the beginning of the year I noticed I had not been earning ebucks for a few months for swipes on my ebucks card, i spoke to pindile ndema (apologies i hope i spelt it correctly) she was so friendly and efficient, and even though the problem was because of me using a card that had not been activated (i had 2 and didnt realise i took the wrong one) she didn't feel the need to accuse and simply advised the problem and if i would prefer the card i had be activated, which she did she solved the problem immediately and i noticed i have been earning fine since then.
I would like to say a big Thank you.
