Can someone from ABSA please attend my complaint!!

On Sunday 10/02/2013, between 14h06 - 14h11 I attempted to purchase prepaid electricity from the FNB ATM in the town of Philippolis, using my ABSA debit card.
Although my attempts failed - the ATM printed slips confirming this, the money was nevertheless debited against my account.
I have been in contact with the staff at the closest branch and even lodged a formal complaint, but still do not have any relevant feedback.
I would like this matter looked into urgently, as I actually need the R2000 that was incorrectly taken from my account.
